Adding another recommendation for Bedrocks. Better than any of the other bigger name brands.
Customer service immediately responds, says they're sorry and it's a manufacturing issue, and asks me what size and color I want for a new pair.
I appreciate that they offer reasonably priced resoling and let you choose which sole you want.
Their regular sandals all have a heel strap. Resole-able. Vibram sole.
