There is a Dansko XP 2.0 shoe that is slightly lighter in weight and has a more comfortable insole and toe box than the older types. It's much better.

Dansko/santitas I bought 3 pairs 25 years ago... the work shoes and the other pair still look great
I recently started using them. I have foot issues and they are AMAZING and so durable. Most comfortable pair of shoes and theyve got another decade in em.
I've had multiple pairs of dansko professionals that lasted more than ten years and only got replaced because they looked worn, not because they wore out.
Yeah.. I disagree with this. They hurt the hell out of my feet. Not for everyone.
Adding to BIFL qualities, these are so ugly nobody will ever steal them from you.
I roll my ankles in Danskos, but loooooove my Sanitas.
