I got this wallet in 2008 and I have sweated through it, burnt it on the exhaust of a four-wheeler... Zero tears or non superficial damage. It has a true lifetime replacement.
Got one just like it around the same time as you. Mines in a little better condition. I just threw boot polish on it every once in awhile and that kept it.
All those cracks in the leather, I feel sorry for the wallet, you should have cleaned & conditioned it significantly more often.
