Keen. Timberland, Dakota, redwings basically anything is better than that club boot your picture shows.
The classic timberland work boots aren't the highest quality, but I've had a pair for about 15 years... the padded vinyl upper hasn't peeled at all.
Bought some Timberlands that were almost $300 about 2 years ago and they show no signs of needing to be replaced anytime soon.
