I have a BOV800XL and I've been using it for years. It heats evenly and the temperature is accurate.
I use my countertop breville more than my oven. Totally worth it.

Breville ovens are awesome... Ours is used several times daily for frozen foods, toasting, reheating, roasting vegetables, and the occasional bake.
I have one and it is amazing.
