Got this JBL Flip 4 as a Christmas gift back in 2017... This speaker will not quit... nearly 8 years ago.
Took it out and still going strong many years later. Was under water for a half hour at least before it was noticed.
Left mine outside all winter one year & found it once the snow melted. That bad girl is still my go-to speaker.
My flip 4 and flip5 both bricked after 3 years.
The battery on mine is not nearly as strong, I get maybe 5 hours of usage before it runs out. Still sounds great otherwise though
5 years for me and going strong... It has traveled hundreds of miles with us and has blasted hundreds of hours of music.
