I am a big fan of the oral-b - it works by combining both the vibration of sonicare and physical rotation. It also has a better shape for cleaning the teeth, conforming to each individual tooth.
Love my oral b io 7. We have had them a few years now and cant see ourselves ever going back to regular brushes.
I would advise against buying the Oral-B iO Series toothbrush. This model of toothbrush has several gaps on top of the toothbrush handle, allowing gunk to seep in. In my experience, this device is not easy to clean.
Oral B iO8 was a game changer for me. Its worth spending the extra. Much better motor than my previous one.
oral b io is top of the heap for quality hygiene but you pay a premium for the brusheads.
