My hand me down Panasonic sharpener from my dad still works like a charm. I believe it's from the 90's.
I have one of these. It's in my office and I use it regularly. It's older than most of my coworkers. It dates from 1980 I think.
Work in a steel mill and one of these sits on my desk. No telling how long it has been here. Works great.
My dad used to have this motor finally died but it lasted 20+ years
