Mixed track record: one owner ran an S7 mopping for about 3 years with no issues, but another owner's S7 broke down just over a year in, required a costly out-of-network repair, and broke again a few months later.

We bought a S7 and it broke down just a little over a year. Sent it into to get repaired and had to pay to some weird PayPal account.
