I have a Toto ... that is fully customizable per user - Water temperature, pressure, position. And also has a dryer feature ... It is also self cleaning.

Toto c300. The instant on hot water instead of a tank is better for longevity and also just a nice feature. Extremely solid and functional.
I think the Toto offerings at Costco are by far the best bang for the buck if you have a way of getting power to the seat
