I have something similar. Polywood. Basically indestructible. Had it for 15 years now.

my mother has a set that's at least 10 years old and it still looks brand new without any creaks or issues from being out in the Michigan weather

The chairs might sell for a lot but its still just a chunk of plastic that costs them a few bucks to produce
