I personally have Trex (rebranded Polywood) Adirondack chairs and a Polywood porch swing for around 6 years. All sit out in mid/south Georgia all year. Lows mid 20s to highs around 100. No fading or deterioration. All of the hardware is stainless.
I also bought several Serwall Adirondack chairs and Trex Adirondack chairs. They've been sitting on my open patio for years without any damage.
